Biography
Coralie FIORI-KHAYAT, J.S.D in Private Law and PhD in English Studies, has a dual competence that has naturally led her to specialise in the disciplinary field of international and comparative law. She is an experienced lawyer in French law and is also qualified in English and American law. In particular, she provides comparative law and private international law consulting services for law firms that use her "Of Counsel" services.
A passionate teacher of international and comparative law, Coralie has shared her passion with her students at institutions such as Paris-Dauphine, La Sorbonne and ESCP.
Her research work focuses mainly on the themes of business ethics and inclusive management. In this context, she specializes on including neurodiverse persons (specifically, people on the spectrum) in organizations.
She is a member of several academic societies, including the Academy of Management, the European Group of Organization Studies, the Society of Business Ethics, the International Association for Business and Society and the International Humanistic Management Association. She is a peer reviewer for several journals (including JBE) and conferences (including EGOS, IABS & AOM).
In August 2020, Coralie got a research fellowship with IHMA, for 2 years.
In addition to her teaching and research activities, Coralie FIORI-KHAYAT is a highly specialized translator in the legal fields. She has been accredited by the Court of Justice of the European Union and is an expert at the Paris Administrative Court of Appeal.
