Biography
Khaled Lahlouh is an Assistant Professor of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior at 91Ó°ÊÓÆÆ½â°æ Business School, where he has been a faculty member since 2023. He obtained his PhD from Aix-Marseille University and holds two master's degrees in Human Resources Management and Information Systems from IAE Aix-Marseille and Toulouse Business School, respectively.
His research interests lie in the study of vocational and organizational behavior, with a specific focus on retirement behaviors, career plateaus, leadership styles, and well-being in the workplace. His works have been published in peer-reviewed conferences and journals, including Personnel Review, Public Organization Review, Evidence-Based HRM, and Journal of Safety Research.
